Extension and installation payments
Specialty services may require a consultation, percentage deposit, and separate hair payment before the installation can be scheduled.
Late arrivals
Arriving more than ten minutes late may result in a late fee. Services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled when the remaining time is not sufficient.
After hours appointments
Approved after hours visits include an additional fee. Long installations and services that cannot finish within the approved timeframe are not available as late appointments.
Appointment preparation
Follow the preparation instructions for your booked service. Extra detangling, buildup removal, repairs, or additional service time may result in additional fees.
Health and scalp concerns
Cosmetic services may be paused, modified, or declined when a concern needs clinical assessment. A medical referral may be recommended before services continue.
Communication
Use the contact details in your booking confirmation for appointment changes and questions. A submitted intake or inquiry does not reserve an appointment.
